Bahan

1. CEDEA fish dumpling cheese
2. CEDEA seafood tofu, potong dadu
3. 400ml kaldu rebusan udang
4. 1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus, tumis
5. Seiris jahe
6. Secukupnya garam dan bubuk lada
7. 1/4 sdt kaldu jamur
8. 10gr rumput laut, rendam hingga lunak
9. 1 batang daun bawang, iris halus

CARA MEMASAK

1. Rebus kaldu hingga mendidih, masukkan bawang putih yang sudah ditumis dan irisan jahe
2. Masukkan rumput laut, CEDEA seafood tofu, CEDEA fish dumpling cheese, bumbui garam, lada bubuk dan kaldu jamur bubuk
3. Tuang dalam mangkuk dan tabur daun bawang
